Restaurant "Jane Isaan"

Cuisine
Jane Isaan“ offers German and Thai dishes which are prepared by the owner Jane herself. No wonder, since for 6 years she studied how to prepare substantial food from the Swabia Region under her mother-in-law Traudl who studied agricultural domestic science. Also Jane Isaan offers Thai specialities from her home region Isaan which is renowned as some of the most tasty in Thailand.

Many European visitors as well as expats come to Jane Isaan for lunch and dinner. And, not surprisingly, "Jane Isaan“ is quite popular with those from Germany. Portions are very generous and tasty.

In ”Jane Isaan” you will find classical German as well as Isaan roasted chicken, XXL-wiener schnitzel, onion-roast, hog roast with sauce, Bavarian veal sausage and cheese-spaetzle - almost everything that the heart and stomach desires. Roasted chicken is so popular that it is recommended to place an order in advance.

The small crispy spareribs (Kaduk) and the spicy papaya salad (som tam) as well as sticky rice are typical Thai dishes Jane Isaan offers.

For children we offer popular items such as spaghetti, chicken nuggets and ice cream. In addition to the typical Thai beverages there are Geman beers on the menu.
The Boss...“Jane“
Jane and Tom have been happily married for 15 years. Tom comes from a medium sized family business in Leipheim which is located near Ulm in Germany. This has successfully provided catering services for 30 years from Stuttgart to Munich. So he is together with „Jane“ very experienced!

Permanence is not about everything staying the same. Its about stability, about deepening soils and cleaner water, thriving communities in self-reliant regions, biodiverse agriculture and social justice, peace and abundance.
